Golden Tuesday: Free Parking & Exclusive Discounts for Senior Residents
Golden Tuesdays is a new program that offers complimentary parking and exclusive discounts from participating businesses throughout the Borough. This two-part program is specifically designed to encourage Glassboro senior residents aged 65 and older to explore the beauty of Town Square and enjoy the many amenities available throughout the community.
Complimentary parking will be available in all Borough Lots, Rowan Blvd., & East High Street.
Starting Monday, July 7th residents can pick up their parking passes and discount cards at the Code Office located at 10 S. Poplar Street from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please bring your NJ driver’s license and your vehicle registration with you.

participating Glassboro businesses. The two-part program is designed to encourage senior residents aged 65 and older to
experience the beauty of Town Square and take advantage of the various amenities available throughout the Borough of Glassboro.
Seniors participating in the program will be eligible for free parking in the following areas:
Rowan Blvd.
East High Street
Public Parking Lots

Glassboro senior citizens (65 years of age or older) with a valid New Jersey driver license.

Visit the Glassboro Code Office located at 10 S. Poplar Street. Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4:00 PM.

You will need to show proof of a valid New Jersey driver license and vehicle registration.

Simply, park in a legal parking space and hang your parking permit in your window.

You must pay the parking fee using area pay stations or mobile apps.

Bring a copy of your new registration to the Code Office, which includes your first and last name, and we will update your parking pass.

You have parked on a day other than Tuesday.
You came in a vehicle other than the one you registered with us.
You forgot to update us with your new registration after purchasing or leasing a new vehicle.
You parked in an illegal space.
You parked in a handicapped space without proper ID.
You parked without displaying your Parking Permit.
Additional Information
This program has been approved for residents aged 65 and over.
Each individual is eligible to receive a maximum of two parking permits per vehicle, provided that the vehicles are registered to the same household.
Parking permit privileges are NOT interchangeable.
The parking permit never allows for overnight parking.
Permits must be placed in the front mirror of the vehicle, if there is no visible permit, free parking will not be honored, and the vehicle might receive a warning/ticket.
Vehicles must be parked in a legal parking spot. Vehicles parked by hydrants or in bus stops, no parking zones or commercial vehicle loading zones, etc. will be ticketed.
